Order processing
Orders are taken through an XML interface or by telephone in a call center. Depending on the chosen partner program, the USFI will also provide a full-featured online shop with a modern content management system.

Payment
Depending on the partner program, the USFI will handle all payments, including debt collection if necessary. This applies to all common forms of payment such as prepayment, direct debit, credit card, and invoice. For invoices, we check the customer's credit standing and verify the customer's telephone number with a PIN for security reasons. The risk of not being paid is reduced to a minimum.

Delivery
Orders are shipped out directly from the USFI. Because we employ 24-hour delivery by default, orders that have been placed before 3:00 pm will normally arrive at their destination on the next work day. This free service guarantees high customer satisfaction.
